This is an
interactive internet program for traffic violators, and a Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security licensed four hour Defensive Driving Course (DDC4). You can do all of this from
the comfort of your own home at your convenience, 24 hours a day, 7 days per
week, 365 days per year, all for the cost of only $30.00!
WARNING!
Even though the
Speeders Network is an approved traffic school course, it is your
responsibility to ensure that you are eligible to attend prior to registering
for this program. This information is generally provided to you by your issuing jurisdiction. If you decide you want a refund after you
have already registered with us, we will issue the refund, however a $5.00
processing fee will be applied to cover processing costs. Refunds will not be
issued after you have accessed the fifth lesson of the program. We honor all refund requests made within 90
days of the date of registration, but do not issue refunds for accounts after
90 days.
* Individuals with a commercial driver's license are ALLOWED to complete this traffic school for a speeding ticket in lieu of
adjudicating the citation under Tennessee law as long as they have received a letter from TDOSHS allowing them to do so.
THE RULES:
TDOSHS allows individuals to attend this school once every four years to prevent the points
from a speeding ticket from being attached your record, however the citation will remain on your record.
For this reason, we suggest attending our traffic school by selecting the court jurisdiction if the court will allow it,
because that will remove both the points and the citation from your record. However, TDOSHS has made this option available for those who
cannot or are not allowed to attend traffic school at the court jurisdiction where the citation was received.
Do not attend this course if you intend to or have already attended a traffic school program for the same ticket because you will not
receive any benefit for completing two traffic school classes for the same ticket. TDOSHS has access to all records on this website.
USE THE LETTER ID# THAT WAS SENT TO YOU BY TDOSHS AS YOUR CASE# WHEN REGISTERING FOR THIS PROGRAM.
We have security
measures in place in order to detect cheaters. If you try to cheat there is a
good chance that you will be caught. If you are caught your fee will not be
refunded and you will not receive a Certificate of Completion. Certificates of
Completion will not be issued to individuals who enter false information on
their registration. All attempts to
cheat or submitting false information to this program will be logged and
reported to the courts and TDOS.
COURSE COMPLETION REQUIREMENTS:
You are not
required to take this course in one sitting and our website is designed to keep
track of where you left off in our program. Once you have registered for our
course, just go to the LOGIN PAGE
and when you enter your username (your driver's license number) and your
password you will be sent to the beginning of the last lesson you accessed.
It is comprised
of five lesson plans, each followed by a five question review. The reviews are
designed to reinforce information presented in the lessons and to help you on
the final exam. Answer the questions at
the end of each lesson and you will be informed of which questions you answered
correctly, and then given the opportunity to correct any answers that you got
wrong. After each review you will be
required to answer a simple security question before you can proceed to the
next lesson.
NOTE: Timer logs are maintained on this site and individuals are required to spend 36 minutes on each of the five lessons. These logs are available to your both courts and TDOSHS. Speeders Network is responsible for submitting the certificate of completion in compliance with the requirements of each jurisdiction after the program is completed and the payment is cleared.
At the end of the
program there will be a final exam comprised of twenty five multiple choice
questions. The final exam is set up
slightly differently than the reviews, however it is still designed to be
interactive and assist you if you answer questions incorrectly.
You must complete
all lessons, reviews, the final exam and have your payment cleared in order to
receive a Certificate of Completion. It is your responsibility to complete all
requirements on time. Your due date is
strictly between you and TDOSHS.
CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
Different jurisdictions
have different requirements for the processing of certificates of
completion. Here are the requirements for your jurisdiction:

TDOSHS allows you to print your certificate of completion once you have completed the course and your payment is cleared. You are required to sign and submit the certificate of completion to the Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security by whatever manner they allow. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO VERIFY RECEIPT OF YOUR CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION WITH THE TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF SAFETY AND HOMELAND SECURITY IN A TIMELY MANNER. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FEES/FINES.
You will be able
to print out both the certificate of completion and a confirmation of your completion for your records at the end of
our program. Your payment information will
be posted in red at the bottom of the confirmation of completion.
This information will remain on our website for three
years and you may access it at any time. We recommend that you keep a print out for your
records.

This course is
designed to be interactive, educational and fun, as well as meeting the
required criteria for a traffic school program. IT COULDN'T BE EASIER!
Your account
will remain active on our website until you have completed the program or for a
maximum of three years. After three years all accounts are removed from the website
and put into our back up systems.
